Tiffanie Rice

Executive Board, Chief Relationship Officer

With several years of strategy development, project management and relationship building, Tiffanie Rice has proven herself to be both a thought leader and strategic partner for organizations related to equitable people practices and external engagement. Tiffanie has worked in financial services for nearly a decade, where she has supported Human Resources, DEI, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

In her current role as Vice President, Regional External Affairs Manager, Tiffanie leads the philanthropic investments, services, and Community Reinvestment activities across the North Texas region for Comerica Bank. In addition, she oversees the bank’s newest collaborative space and community center, Comerica Business HQ. She is responsible for furthering the bank’s commitment to being a force for good in the local community, ensuring economic development, small businesses, youth education, and workforce development are kept top priority.

Tiffanie spent the earlier years of her career in retail management and business development, leading and inspiring teams to achieve both personal and organizational goals.

She considers herself a life-long learner and has received a Master of Science in Organizational Development along with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing. In addition, she has been certified as a DEI practitioner and graduated from the Engage Dallas Leadership Program (formerly Mayor’s Star Council) that addresses the city’s civic responsibilities, including the intentional focus on reinvesting in underserved communities.

Tiffanie is a native of the Dallas/ Fort Worth metro area (specifically South Dallas) and is actively involved in her community. She is currently a Board member for Frontiers of Flight Museum, an Alum of the inaugural class for D CEO Emerging Women’s Leadership Network, a United Way Metro Dallas March Tocqueville Fellow, a member of the Communities Foundation of Texas Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She is a proud wife, mother, daughter, Believer, and envisions a world where generational wealth and legacy are attainable for all.
